All our individual and multiple bags deliveries are made by DHL or DPD couriers, unless your postcode falls within our delivery area, in which case the delivery will be made by us.

All orders, regardless of the spent value are guaranteed a free delivery. 

We only deliver to the UK mainland.

Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Offshore Isles and Scottish Highlands.

Orders placed MON – THU will be dispatched/shipped within two days of placing the order.

Orders placed FRI – SUN will be dispatched on Monday.

We will provide you with the tracking number to your email address within 24 hours of placing the order (Mon – Thu), or on Monday if your order was placed Fri to Sun. 

Should you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us ASAP, so we can resolve the issue.
